We are interested in providing value and driving critical conversations in the public safety market place.  Today we focus on situational awareness and tactical response software for fire, EMS, and law enforcement.  Public safety agencies around the country have relied on Remote Access to provide critical location and tactical information during the initial phases of incident response. Improved tactical response and enhanced mapping capabilities ultimately lead to better decision-making at every juncture. 

Remote Access uses cutting-edge GIS development tools from Esri™, including StreetMap™ national map data to provide true turn-by-turn routing with voice assist to the incident location.

A new user interface and field-proven workflows provide information to the first responders when they need it and how they need it. An increased amount of access to other data sources, like oblique images, on-scene accountability information and outside data feeds, allows RA, more now than ever, to provide the link to all your relevant critical data.

Incident commanders can share their view of the incident with command- and control-level systems, which gives everyone a common operating view of the activities on the ground. This information adds context to the overall command systems, provides a better end-to-end picture of activities, and enhances support of field staff.
