Progressive Intelligence Technologies has recently acquired the powerful "Remote Access" software from Group 1 Solutions, Inc. With the completion of this acquisition, Progressive Intelligence Technologies is now the leading provider of tactical response software and technology solutions in Public Safety. We will now be able to leverage our best practices, expanded resources, and unmatched experience to deliver enhanced products and better service to you our clients.  

With a culture of creativity, excellence, and execution as our guide, we are solely focused on your wants, needs, and best interests. While we are dedicated to improving the quality and delivery of products and services, we are cautious not to change the things that have worked so well for so long. The relationships that we have developed over the years are as important to us as they are to you, so our client managers will remain engaged and in full-force during this brief transition period. We are honoring all support contracts and we are absolutely committed to delivering the highest quality products and services.

After a long career in the industry, including a year working with the team at Group 1, Jason Trotter (founder of Progressive Intelligence Technologies, LLC) gained great admiration for the unique passion and dedication of the G1 staff, as well as the core technology concepts that Remote Access could bring to bear for first responders.  We believe this is a smart strategic move for the product, the team, and our valued customers, as we look forward to new technological advancements.

Will the cost of our Remote Access support go up?

No, the cost in your annual support contract is adequate to support our team and sustain advancements in applicable technologies.  We will, however, be allocating your renewal dollars to better prepare our team for the future and expand our software engineering organization.
